PHILIPSBURG – On Monday night, Donald E. Matthews Jr., 45, of Osceola Mills called a 49-year-old Philipsburg woman.
The problem was that Matthews was prohibited from calling the woman because she had a Protection From Abuse order, or PFA, against him.
Police now have a warrant for Matthews’ arrest. Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 342-3370.
