Man With Drugs in Mobile Home Sentenced

CLEARFIELD – Richard T. Reagan of Arizona pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance Monday before Clearfield County Judge Fredric J. Ammerman.

Earlier this year nearly 128 pounds of marijuana were found in Reagan’s mobile home by Pennsylvania State police. Reagan’s mobile home became disabled on Interstate 80, and the drugs were found after he gave police troopers consent to search his vehicle.

Judge Ammerman sentenced Reagan to two-and-a-half to five years at the State Correctional Institution-Albion. As part of the deal, Reagan agreed to forfeit his mobile home to the state.
