CLEARFIELD – Lawrence Township Police are investigatin a two vehicle accident that occurred on state Route 2024.
David Hopper of Olanta was traveling east on his motorcycle when he rounded a curve and lost control. Both the rider and the motorcycle slid across the roadway and into the path of a truck driven by a Brockway man.
Hopper was airlifted to Altoona Regional Health System with severe injuries. Altoona Regional Health System has Hopper listed in critical condition. The status of the other operator is unknown.
