Grampian Man Injured in Lumber City Highway Accident

LUMBER CITY – Shane I. Bloom, 27, of Grampian, was treated at Clearfield Hospital for moderate injuries after he lost control of the vehicle he was driving on the Lumber City Highway.

Bloom was traveling west on the highway (state Route 969) at about 7:20 a.m. Monday when he failed to negotiate a curve. This caused him to lose control of his vehicle, and it rolled onto its right side.

The vehicle sustained moderate damage, and Bloom was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
