CURWENSVILLE — State College American pounded out 32 hits en route to a 39-1, four-inning victory over the Curwensville Little League 11-Year-Old All-Stars in the winner\’s bracket semifinals of the District 5 Tournament Sunday evening.
Josh Greslick, Jeremy McCracken and Connor Jennings had the only hits for the losers.
Josh Ireland, the losing hurler, Curt Bloom and Jennings pitched for Curwensville, which will go on the road Tuesday to face State College National in an elimination bracket quarterfinal.
State College American will host Mifflin County in the winner\’s bracket final Tuesday.
