WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A Punxsutawney man faces felony drug charges following an investigation into the alleged distribution of fentanyl at a Winslow Township storage facility.
Court records show the Punxsutawney-based State Police filed the following charges against 29-year-old Storm Michael Armagost on May 8 in Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana’s office:
- Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
- Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
- Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
The charges stem from an alleged incident on September 16, 2025.
According to the criminal complaint, an officer with the Pennsylvania State Police Troop C Vice Unit spoke with an individual who claimed to be able to buy drugs from Storm Armagost. The officer noted in the complaint that Armagost was already known to police for drug trafficking in Jefferson County.
The complaint indicates that the individual agreed to purchase two “buns” of fentanyl for $160. (The affidavit stated the term “bun” is a slang word for a quantity of fentanyl.) The officer drove the individual to storage sheds on Wayne Road in Winslow Township to meet Armagost, according to the complaint.
According to the complaint, the officer saw Armagost sitting in a white Toyota sedan. The individual left the officer’s undercover vehicle and got into the car with Armagost, the complaint notes.
The officer watched the individual hand Armagost $160 in exchange for the drugs, the complaint continues.
According to the complaint, the evidence was seized and taken to the DuBois barracks.
Court records show a preliminary hearing for Armagost has yet to be scheduled.
