Citizens Honored for Saving Kayaker

DuBois, PA – The City of DuBois recognized Tony Volpe and Kolten Bojalad for their efforts in rescuing a person whose kayak capsized in Treasure Lake April 28. Volpe and Bojalad responded to the emergency by commandeering kayaks from a nearby property to rescue the victim.
