Reynoldsville, Pa. — Reynlow Park, a cherished rustic destination in the Reynoldsville community, is proud to announce the reorganization of its Board of Directors and a renewed commitment to enhance the park’s natural beauty and recreational offerings.
The newly energized leadership team includes Board President Jodi August, Vice President Dave Rupert, and Treasurer/Secretary Carey Rupert. They are joined by dedicated board members Dr. Harry Kunselman, Jim Venture, Tim Doane, Corey Dennison, Shawn Cooper, and Melanie Garris. Together, this group brings fresh ideas, strong community ties, and a shared passion for preserving and improving Reynlow Park.
Reynlow Park continues to thrive through valuable partnerships with local organizations, including Reynlow Riders and the Reynoldsville Sportsman’s Association. Most recently, the Reynoldsville Sportsman’s Association hosted its annual Fishing Rodeo at Sportsman Dam within the park, drawing more than 400 families for a day of outdoor fun and community connection.
Reynlow Riders, a local off-road club, also plays a key role in supporting the park by maintaining designated trails within park boundaries. These trails provide a safe and enjoyable environment for outdoor enthusiasts. To learn more about Reynlow Riders, visit reynlowriders.com.
As the Board prepares for the 2026 rental season, efforts are underway to further enhance park amenities and expand opportunities for visitors. Reynlow Park offers four rustic pavilion rentals, two playgrounds, two volleyball courts, a small catch-and-release fishing pond, and a larger pond, Sportsman Dam, near the campground. The campground includes eight campsites equipped with electricity, making it an ideal spot for family outings and weekend getaways. Campground improvements are in progress.
The Board of Directors is actively exploring new ways to increase revenue through rentals and camping, while also pursuing local grants, private donations, and county support to fund ongoing improvements. The Reynlow Park Board is also seeking additional board members or volunteers who enjoy the outdoors and would like to see this park be known as a tourism destination.
Reynlow Park remains committed to providing a welcoming, affordable, and nature-focused space for the community to gather, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.
