WARSAW TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A DuBois man faces multiple charges after he allegedly broke a residential window and used obscene language during a physical confrontation in Warsaw Township.
According to the criminal complaint, 26-year-old Dalton Jacob Conrad, of DuBois, was charged following an incident on January 17 at a residence on Shaffer Road in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County.
DuBois-based State Police responded to the location at approximately 8:49 p.m. for a report of a disturbance, the complaint states.
The victims told troopers that Conrad came to the residence and pounded on the windows and doors while screaming for them to come outside, the complaint indicates. Conrad yelled obscenities at one resident, which police say was captured on surveillance video, according to the complaint.
Conrad also allegedly threatened to break another window if the residents did not come out. Troopers observed a broken outside window pane on the front window of the residence, the complaint notes. Surveillance video of the incident showed Conrad breaking the window with his fist, the complaint continues.
The following charges were filed in Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak’s office on March 5:

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 12 at 10:30 a.m. with Judge Bazylak presiding.
