Clearfield, PA – Tito Lima, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Cory Johnston to Senior Vice President/Controller.

Mr. Johnston began his career with CNB Bank in 2006 and has steadily advanced through a series of leadership and financial management roles within the organization. Throughout his 19-year tenure with CNB Bank, Mr. Johnston has held a variety of positions, including Credit Analyst, Credit Administration Officer, Assistant Vice President of Credit Administration, Assistant Vice President/Controller, and Vice President/Controller.

“Cory’s deep technical expertise, steady leadership, and commitment to accuracy have made him an invaluable asset to our organization,” said Mr. Lima. “His strategic insight and dedication to strengthening our financial processes continue to elevate our entire finance function. We are proud to see him step into this expanded leadership role.”

In his new position, Mr. Johnston oversees several critical financial functions of the Corporation, including the Allowance for Credit Losses calculation, Asset & Liability Management reporting, and SEC reporting.
