CLEARFIELD- Clearfield Arts Studio Theater, Inc. (CAST) announces auditions for John Steinbeck’s Pulitzer Prize–winning play, The Grapes of Wrath. The production will be directed by co-directors Julie Tobias and Gayle Gearhart.
Audition forms will be available at the theatre for participants to complete. All auditionees are asked to bring a written list of any scheduling conflicts beginning with the start of rehearsals, which will take place the Monday following Valentine’s Day, through the final two weeks of April. Performances are April 17-18 and 23-25 at 7:30 p.m, as well as April 19 at 3 p.m.
Most rehearsals will involve smaller groups in order to focus on specific scene work. A detailed rehearsal schedule outlining which cast members are needed, for which scenes, and on which dates will be posted weekly.
