PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney were recently dispatched to a single-vehicle crash along Chamberlain Road in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.

According to state police, the crash occurred at approximately 2:21 p.m. on January 31, as a 2008 Pontiac G6 was traveling south on Chamberlain Road, west of Beres Lane.

Police said roadway conditions were poor and covered with snow when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and slid into a ditch.

Troopers reported the driver, who was not identified in the report, suffered no injuries as a result of the crash.

The vehicle sustained minor damage to the front passenger side and was removed from the ditch and towed at the request of the owner by McPherson’s Towing.
