ROSE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police in Punxsutawney have opened an investigation into a retail theft at Legacy Archery on Route 322.
Troopers responded to Legacy Archery in Rose Township for a report of shoplifting. The incident occurred on Jan. 3 between 1:22 p.m. and 3:01 p.m. According to police records, an unknown male entered the store and removed several high value items.
The stolen property includes an Axcel archery bow sight valued at 479.99 dollars, a Hoyt archery sidebar mount valued at 89.99 dollars, and a Jakt Gear magnetic bow sling valued at 97.95 dollars. A small container of Arrow Snot was also taken during the theft.
Investigators believe a 2013 Ford was involved in the incident.
The search for the suspect is currently active and the investigation is ongoing.
