Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois and Punxsutawney recently reported a theft, as well as two harassment cases in the area.
A 52-year-old man from Punxsutawney reported a theft on Ewing Road in Perry Township. The victim stated his trail camera, valued at $120, was stolen on December 1, 2025, at 8:43 a.m. State Police in Punxsutawney identified a known juvenile suspect in the case. The stolen equipment was recovered and returned to the owner.
Troopers also responded to West Main Street in Big Run Borough for a reported physical harassment case. The incident occurred between two housemates on January 14 at 6:08 p.m. The investigation into this matter is currently ongoing.
In a separate case, State Police in DuBois received a report of physical harassment in Falls Creek Borough. The incident took place on January 1 on Main Street. Police said the victim is a 14-year-old Falls Creek boy. Authorities are continuing to investigate the report at this time.
