JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) — Preliminary hearings for two Brookville women facing hundreds of felony charges in the alleged long-term physical abuse and isolation of a minor have been rescheduled.

According to court documents, preliminary hearings for 37-year-old Sarah Lynn Faber and 51-year-old Amy L. Billotte—originally set for January 5—have been continued to Tuesday, January 13, at 2:00 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak.

Faber faces the following charges:

  • Unlawful Restraint of Minor/Parent (Risk of Bodily Injury), Felony 2 (466 counts)
  • False Imprisonment of Minor/Parent, Felony 2 (466 counts)
  • Endangering Welfare of Children, Felony 2 (two counts)
  • Endangering Welfare of Children, Felony 3 (four counts)
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2 (four counts)
  • Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2 (three counts)
  • Aggravated Assault (Attempts to cause SBI), Felony 1 (two counts)
  • Kidnapping of Minor (Inflict Bodily Injury), Felony 1 (one count)
  • Involuntary Servitude, Felony 1 (one count)
  • Terroristic Threats, Misdemeanor 1 (one count)
  • Continuing Failure to Report or Refer, Felony 2 (one count)

The following charges were filed against Billotte:

  • Unlawful Restraint of Minor/Parent (Risk of Bodily Injury), Felony 2 (466 Counts)
  • False Imprisonment of Minor/Parent, Felony 2 (466 Counts)
  • Endangering Welfare of Children, Felony 2 (two counts)
  • Endangering Welfare of Children, Felony 3 (six counts)
  • Aggravated Assault, Felony 1 (two counts)
  • Aggravated Assault, Felony 2 (one count)
  • Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2 (five counts)
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2 (five counts)
  • Terroristic Threats, Misdemeanor 1 (three counts)
  • Involuntary Servitude, Felony 1 (one count)
  • Strangulation (Applying Pressure to Throat or Neck), Felony 2 (one count)
  • Tamper With/Fabricate Physical Evidence, Misdemeanor 2 (one count)

Both women remain lodged in the Jefferson County Jail on $500,000 monetary bail each.
