CLEARFIELD- A reorganization meeting for the Clearfield Area School Board was held Thursday. Four Board members were returning their positions: Kate Wood, Tammy Young, who was filling out a term and had been officially elected to the seat, Timothy Duke and Shawna Rothrock.
Shawna Rothrock was also elected Board president with Wood retaining the vice president position.
Board workshop meetings will be held the third Monday of each month with regular meetings the fourth Monday of the month, with two exceptions.
Due to Memorial Day, the May 18 meeting will be a combined meeting, and due to the Fair Parade, the July 27 meeting will also be combined.
Beard Legal Group will remain as solicitor with a $5 per hour increase, Duke will continue to serve aa representative to the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center board, with Gail Ralston as alternate, and Rothrock will continue to serve as representatives to the Central Intermediate Unit No. 10 board.
