CLEARFIELD- The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Clearfield Aerie 812, recently presented Steve and Kelly Livergood with a $3000 donation for the Steve Livergood Jr. Christmas Eve Dinner Foundation.
Since 1995, the Steve Livergood Jr. Christmas Eve Dinner Foundation has been providing Clearfield and surrounding areas with free dinners, gifts for children in need, and so much more. Each Christmas Eve, the foundation rallies an army of volunteers to cook, prepare, serve and deliver dinners, along with the gathering, wrapping and delivering of gifts.
The 2025 meal will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The After Dark, 309 N. Third St., Clearfield. If you’d like to donate or lend a hand, please contact Steve at 814-203-1487. Meal orders and requests from those in need will be taken at a later date, to be posted by the Foundation.
“With over 30,000 meals served, and 16,000 gifts given, the foundation continues to show how incredible their annual event is. This is why our membership approves to donate to the foundation year after year. Steve and Kelly started the foundation thirty years ago, and we’d like to help ensure its longevity,” says F.O.E. Secretary Justin Hainsey.
