CLEARFIELD – The Chemo Care Bag Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting cancer patients throughout their treatment journey, announces its Donation Drive, running through November 15.
The Chemo Care Bag Project provides free bags filled with comfort items to patients undergoing cancer treatments. These thoughtfully assembled bags include blankets, hats, tissues, lotion, lip balm, note pads, water bottles, and other essentials designed to make treatment a little easier for those facing one of life’s most challenging experiences.
What began as a modest effort to create 25 bags has grown into a meaningful community initiative, now delivering over 1,000 bags per year to hospitals and treatment facilities throughout central and northern Pennsylvania, parts of New York, and across the
Items Needed: The organization is currently collecting:
- Pocket Tissues
- Puzzle Books
- Notebooks
- Male & Female Knit Hats
- Gloves
- Socks
- Chapstick
- Peppermint Tea
- Ginger Tea
- Full Size Lotion (10oz)
Drop-Off Location: Donations can be dropped off at: Radius Physical Therapy 211 Chester Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
The donation drive runs through November 15, 2025.
