JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) — Area state police have released details on several incidents that recently occurred in Jefferson County.
Theft in Rose Township
According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, troopers responded around 11:30 p.m. on October 2 to Route 36 in Rose Township, where a white box trailer was reported stolen from a business parking lot.
Police say the trailer was last seen traveling north on Route 36.
The investigation is ongoing.

Fraud in Winslow Township
PSP DuBois received a report of fraud on October 7 on Wayne Road in Winslow Township.
Troopers say a victim reported losing $500 after sending two Apple gift cards to a fraudulent email address.
The victim is a 70-year-old Reynoldsville woman.

Criminal Mischief in Washington Township
DuBois-based State Police Troopers investigated an incident of criminal mischief on October 16 along Beechtree Road in Washington Township.
Police say personal property was damaged; however, no suspects were identified.
The victims are an 82-year-old man and an 82-year-old woman, of Falls Creek, Pa.
The report has been closed due to a lack of investigative leads.
