CLEARFIELD- State Representative Dallas Kephart recently recognized Sheriff Michael Churner with a citation for his years of service and dedication in public service.
“Today, I had the privilege of stopping by the Clearfield County Courthouse to recognize Sheriff Mike Churner for his decades of dedicated public service. As he prepares to retire at the end of the year, Sheriff Churner wraps up his second term leading the Sheriff’s Office—capping a career that began in the Department of Corrections and continued through years of service as a deputy sheriff and Clearfield County Sheriff.
