CLEARFIELD- Locals will soon have a new spot to sip and socialize. Deja Brew, a coffee shop with a cozy vibe and a community-first mission in DuBois, is set to open a second location in the heart of downtown Clearfield in the near future.
The business recently announced plans to enter into a partnership with Express Café on Market Street to renovate the store front to occupy the coffee shop portion of the business. Express Café will continue their baking and catering operations in the back.
Owner Julie Stewart told GANT News, “We are so encouraged by the response we’ve gotten from the Clearfield community!
“The combination of not currently having a downtown coffee shop and then connecting with Cindy Short, it seemed like a win-win for both of us. We look forward to serving the people of Clearfield.”
Plans also call to expand Deja Brew’s souvenir and gift options and offer a beautiful meeting space after hours, according to the announcement.
With a focus on locally- sourced coffee, baked goods, unique products and community-focused events, the new addition aims to be more than just a place to grab your morning coffee.
An opening date will be announced at a later time. For developments, you can visit their facebook page.
