CLEARFIELD- Ingrid Duponchel, who was the Clearfield Area Rotary Club Exchange student in 1995 from France, recently visited a Clearfield Rotary meeting with her daughter Augustine Garde and her husband Pastor Steven Cowfer, originally from Osceola Mills, who was also a Rotary out bound exchange student in 1995.
Steven is the new minister at West Side United Methodist Church.
“It was a wonderful evening sharing their memories and journey to now. This was, and is, a powerful reminder of the lifelong impact of Rotary Youth Exchange.” said Rotarian Jack Woolridge.
