UPDATE: The male has been identified.
CLEARFIELD- The Clearfield Regional Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle at approximately 4:40 a.m. on Thursday on Park Avenue.
The pedestrian is described as a white male wearing a white Puma hoodie, blue jeans, black shoes with a blue jacket.
