CLEARFIELD- The Clearfield Rotary Club recently welcomed guests Tina Elbe and her daughter Dehlia Elbe who was awarded a Rotary scholarship from Clearfield Area High School.
Miss Elbe will attend University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Pharmacy.
