DUBOIS- Sandy Township Police report a DuBois man was arrested early Saturday morning following a shooting at Treasure Lake.
Christopher Euard, 52, has been charged with criminal homicide following the shooting.
At approximately 3 a.m. police from Sandy Twp. and DuBois responded to a residence within Treasure Lake. Euard was immediately taken into custody without incident and there was no threat to the immediate area or the community, according to police.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending family notification.
Police were assisted by PSP Forensic Services, Clearfield County Coroner Kim Shaffer-Snyder and Clearfield County District Attorney Ryan Sayers.
