Clearfield – Mature Resources, in partnership with the Volunteer Center of Clearfield County, proudly hosted the annual Golden Rule Light Keeper Award Ceremony on Friday, April 25. This esteemed event took place at the Copper Cork Event Center, where we gathered to honor remarkable individuals and groups who exemplify the spirit of volunteerism and community service.

This year’s awards recognized outstanding contributions across various categories. The winners included:

– Youth Award: Harley and Hunter Brink (posthumously)

– Youth Group Award: Young People Who Care

– Adult Award: Phyllis Bauman

– Adult Group Award: Children’s Aid Society—Mentorship Program

– Fabric of Our Community (Lifetime Achievement): Geneva McCallum

Mature Resources CEO also took a moment to acknowledge the dedicated service of Doctors Corcino and Johnson, presenting them with plaques for their unwavering commitment to the Susquehanna Wellness Clinic.

“We are immensely proud to celebrate the extraordinary efforts of these individuals and groups who give so selflessly to our community,” said CEO Kathy Gillespie, CEO of Mature Resources. “Their dedication not only uplifts those they serve but also inspires others to contribute to the betterment of our community.”

The Golden Rule Light Keeper Awards serve as a reminder of the power of volunteerism and the significant impact that dedicated individuals can have on our society. Together, we can continue to foster a spirit of service and community engagement.
