Clearfield- Bruce Nicklas and Pat Pallo, Coordinators of the Free Throw Competition, presented St. Francis School Principal Claudia Hopkins with two new basketballs prior to this year’s competition.
Knights of Columbus Council 409 sponsors the Free Throw at both the council and district levels each year and gives the donation of new basketballs for the use of Glynn Hall for the event.
Several area children participated in the event and winners now advance to the regional level in early March.
