CLEARFIELD – Students in the Culinary Arts program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) have started prepping for the opening of The Culinary Cafe.
Students have been learning cooking techniques, knife skills, time management, food production, nutrition and sanitation and presentation.
The cafe will be open every Tuesday and Thursday, starting Jan. 14, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., taking cash as payment.
Takeout orders should be e-mailed to scoulter@ccctc.edu by 2 p.m. the day before.
