BROOKVILLE — The Brookville Civic Club is thrilled to announce a special gift to the community this holiday season: free parking in downtown Brookville.
Starting on Thursday, Nov. 28 and continuing through Thursday, Jan. 2, visitors and residents can enjoy free parking while shopping, dining and enjoying all that Downtown Historic Brookville has to offer.
With the holiday season approaching, the Brookville Civic Club aims to make it easier for everyone to support local businesses and attend the many seasonal festivities.
Free parking eliminates the hassle of meters and encourages patrons to explore everything Brookville’s Historic Main Street has to offer: from unique shops and cozy cafes to essential services like financial and medical providers.
“We are absolutely thrilled to bring free parking to Brookville this holiday season!” said Kassandra Rager, Brookville Civic Club president.
“This is our way of giving back and making the holidays a little easier and brighter for everyone. A huge thank you to Brookville Borough for supporting this tradition—it wouldn’t be possible without you.
“We hope this inspires our community to come downtown, enjoy the festivities, and shop local. Let’s make this holiday season the best one yet.”
This initiative continues a beloved tradition, thanks to the Brookville Borough for granting permission over the years. It’s thrilled to foster a welcoming and thriving atmosphere not just in downtown, but throughout the entire Brookville area.
This holiday season, the club invites visitors to explore everything its community has to offer—whether it’s the historic charm of Main Street and the unique local businesses, or the hustle of the Boulevard—There are plenty of exciting holiday events planned in the coming months.
The Brookville Civic Club and Brookville Borough kindly remind everyone to honor the purpose of free holiday parking by reserving Main Street spaces for visitors, patients, shoppers and all those who help the community thrive.
The club asks business owners and employees to refrain from using these spaces to ensure they remain available for those enjoying our downtown.
Preserving this tradition is vital to keeping this holiday benefit alive, year after year, for everyone to enjoy.
“Thank you for helping us make downtown Brookville a welcoming and accessible destination for all this season,” the club states.
Be sure to follow the club on Facebook; it has a lot of exciting things planned in the upcoming year! Facebook.com/BrookvilleCivicClub.
