DuBOIS – Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes certified physician assistant Tyler Passmore, PA-C, to its medical staff.

Tyler joins the teams at Penn Highlands Interventional Pain Center, located at 815 Doctors Drive, Second Floor, in Clearfield, 145 Hospital Avenue, Suite 212, in DuBois and 761 Johnsonburg Road, Suite 310, in St. Marys.

Tyler provides expert pain management for patients experiencing pain in their back, neck and spine as well as other types of chronic pain. Tyler works with your primary care provider, orthopedic surgeon or other treating provider to evaluate what is causing your pain and consider the best treatment to get you relief.

Common treatments and procedures include caudal injections; facet injections; hip, shoulder and knee injections; lumbar, thoracic and cervical epidurals; medial branch blocks; peripheral nerve blocks; radiofrequency lesioning; sacroiliac joint injections; selective nerve root blocks; spinal cord stimulation; sympathetic blocks; and trigger point injections.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Tyler practiced at Orthopedics and Sports Medicine of Erie – UPMC in Erie.

Tyler earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Bachelor of Science, Sports Medicine, at Mercyhurst University in Erie.
