BROOKVILLE – Get ready for the event of the summer – The Brookville BBQ Bash is happening on Saturday, Aug. 17 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
This family-friendly festival is free to attend and promises a day packed with excitement, delcious food and entertainment for everyone.
The Brookville BBQ Bash features plenty of activities, starting with kids’ games and activities to keep the little ones entertained all day long.
Food enthusiasts will have the chance to taste some of the best BBQ in the area as pitmasters compete in an intense BBQ competition.
Car lovers can feast their eyes on stunning classic cars showcased by Knight Cruisers Car Club in an impressive car cruise-in.
Music lovers are in for a treat with live performances by Almost Mulberry from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., followed by Troublemakers from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Adding to the excitement, Bigfoot from Q102 Radio will be making a special guest appearance from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., offering an opportunity for fans to meet the local legend and enter for a chance to adopt a Baby Bigfoot.
This event is made possible through funding in part by Jefferson County Hotel Tax Funds and the generous support of sponsors, Fraternal Order of Eagles – Aerie 983, and others.
