PSP Clearfield
State police charged Caleb Perks, 24, of Morrisdale with retail theft and he stole a bag of Cheetos and a Red Bull energy drink from the Mini Mart in Morrisdale.
State police made a DUI arrest along the Morrisdale-Allport Highway in Morris Twp. Charges are pending blood results.

Police conducted a traffic stop on Riverview Rd. Both the driver and passenger of the vehicle were found to be wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department. Further investigation revealed drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. The individuals were transported to the Clearfield County Jail. Additional charges are pending.
Police were dispatched to Sheetz on the Clearfield-Shawville Highway for the report of a vehicle collision where the driver at fault was found passed out behind the wheel. The driver of the vehicle was suspected to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was taken to Penn Highlands for a legal blood draw. Charges are pending.
Police arrested Shawn Mcneil, 53, for riding his bicycle and weaving in and out of traffic on SR322. The male is known to officers and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Mcneil has been charged for the same incident 6 times since October of 2023. Additional charges have been filed.
