CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Knights of Columbus Council 409 recently held its bi-annual “Food for Families” drive during weekend masses at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Clearfield.
More than a ton of canned and non-perishable goods filled the truck and several monetary donations were received, as well. Donations will be a great help to the Clearfield Food Bank during the holiday season.
The food bank is operated by the Clearfield Ministerium, and is located at 212 Hammermill Rd.
Area residents are encouraged to donate to the food bank during the upcoming holiday season, as well as throughout the year to benefit those in need of a helping hand.
