- Police received a report of a suspicious person July 15 at a Daisy Street business. According to department-issued news release, a female was observed shining a flashlight into the business’ door. She fled but was found by police a short time later. The female then gave police consent to search her backpack and officers allegedly found methamphetamine. Charges were filed through the magistrate’s office.
- Police received a report of theft of services July 16 on High Street. During the incident, several bags of garbage were left in a roll-off dumpster without the renter’s permission. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
- Police received a report of a domestic July 16 on Bigler Avenue that involved a couple fighting over a cell phone. Upon investigation, police say evidence revealed the incident was physical in nature. Citations are pending against the male.
- Police received a report of a hit-and-run crash that occurred on South Fourth Street sometime between 9 p.m. July 14 and 8 a.m. July 15. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
