CLEARFIELD – Recently, it was the first meeting for new Clearfield Rotary Club President Ed Master.
Master outlined his goals and project plans for the club in the upcoming year.
The club’s youngest junior member, Kaleb Wisor, was also on-hand. He drew his own ticket – the JOKER card.
The Sargent at Arms jokingly confirmed a special fine instead of the five-dollar fine; he will attend the next five club meetings.
