PSP Clearfield

State police are investigating an incident of statutory rape/sexual assault in Bradford Twp.  The investigation continues.

State police an incident of bad checks.  A 46 year old Grampian male passed one or more checks to a local business that could not be honored.

State police filed burglary charges against 29 year old Richard Ohaus when he fled state parole custody at Tomorrow’s Hope and committed a burglary at a Beccaria Twp. residence.  The was later taken into custody.

State police are investigating an incident of theft in Irvona Borough.   Unknown actor(s) removed $500 from the victim’s purse.  The investigation continues.

Sandy Twp.

A 39 year old female reported that her vehicle was damaged possibly while it was parked at Walmart the day before. 

A 39 year old Georgia man reported that his tractor trailer was hit and damaged while in the Pilot parking lot.  He stated when he confronted the other driver, he denied hitting him and left the scene.

Treasure Lake Security turned in a wallet that had been found on Treasure Lake property.

A vehicle driven by a 33 year old Brockway woman hit and caused minor damage to a vehicle driven by a 49 year old Falls Creek woman when she pulled out of a parking space at the Falls Creek Sheetz.  No injuries reported. 

A 21 year old Brockway woman attempted to stop at the intersection of Wayne Road and S. Main Street but due to icy road conditions, her vehicle slid through the intersection and hit a pole knocking it onto the road.  No injuries reported, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Curwensville Borough

Police were contacted about a suspicious vehicle on Smith St.  The vehicle was marked as abandoned and moved from the property.

Police are investigating a drug violation on Schofield St. where numerous items were seized from a residence.

Police responded to a domestic at the City Drug Store where a man had reportedly struck a female with his car door.

Police received a complaint of possible fraud at an Anderson St. residence.  The complaint was unfounded.
