Petition-Signing for President Trump to be Held in Clearfield

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Republican Committee will hold a petition-signing event on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., at the Clearfield County Republican headquarters, located at 36 N. Second St., Clearfield.   The monthly meeting of the County Committee will be at 7 p.m.

Candidates are required to obtain minimum numbers of signatures on petitions in order to be placed on the ballot for the Primary Election.

Registered Republicans are encouraged to attend and sign petitions for President Trump and Vice President Pence, Pennsylvania Attorney General, Pennsylvania Auditor General, Pennsylvania Treasurer, Pennsylvania State Senator Wayne Langerholc, U.S. Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson, Pennsylvania State Rep. Tommy Sankey and Pennsylvania State Rep. for 75th District.

Anyone not registered to vote or wishing to change their political party can obtain information and are encouraged to attend as well.

Volunteer signups for the 2020 election season will also be available.  Trump/Pence yard signs and bumper stickers will be available while supplies last.
