CLEARFIELD – A Morrisdale woman accused of being under the influence of methamphetamine while in court in March pleaded guilty Monday.

After Amber Renee Dorbolo, 33, was sent by President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman for a drug test during court on March 27, she was found not only to be under the influence of methamphetamine, but she was also in possession of the drug.

On Monday she pleaded guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-methamphetamine during colloquy court. Ammerman sentenced her to one to three years in state prison.

In two unrelated cases, she also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance. For these offenses, she received concurrent sentences of 72 hours to six months and 90 days to two years in state prison.

According to the affidavit, Ammerman asked one of the probation officers to drug test Dorbolo and as the officer took her to the restroom, she noted that Dorbolo did appear to be under the influence of something.

Dorbolo told the probation officer she was unable to provide a urine sample then went on to say that she was pregnant with a rat as a result of having sex with a rat.

When asked if she would test positive for anything, she admitted she had used methamphetamine just an hour before arriving at court.

In the restroom, she lifted her dress and removed a clear plastic baggy of 24 grams of methamphetamine from her underwear and handed it to the officer.

As she was walking through the probation office, she said the substance was worth $900 and she could get “pounds of it.”

Before she was transported to the jail, she was asked if she had any other drugs as they would be considered contraband. She then confessed that she has swallowed four balloons of Carfentanil in case she went to jail.

Dorbolo was then taken to the hospital for treatment.
