HOUTZDALE – The Moshannon Valley Community Education Foundation, in partnership with the Moshannon Valley School District, held its fourth annual Awards and Scholarship Ceremony on Wednesday, May 29 and recognized many students for their academic achievements this school year.
Kris Albright, MVHS principal/MVCEF president and organizer of the ceremony, recognized the students, saying “your hard work and effort has paid off, and I hope tonight serves as a reward for the time you have put into your school work this year … your increased focus on academics has made a big impact on the overall performance of our school.”
Albright also thanked the parents, stating, “the focus on academics is a direct reflection of the values that you’ve instilled in your student.”
