HENDERSON TOWNSHIP – The investigation is continuing into an alleged sexual assault in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.
State police at Punxsutawney initiated the investigation when the report was received at approximately 10:37 p.m. Tuesday.
An 18-year-old Reynoldsville woman told troopers the incident occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. April 20. She’s accused her ex-boyfriend of assaulting her while she was in a “partially unconscious state.”
At the time, the woman said she had an ongoing health condition and was on medication administered to her earlier in the evening at the Punxsutawney Hospital.
