CLEARFIELD – Leonard Barsody, representing Clearfield Education Association’s Community Outreach Committee, recently presented a check to William Zupich of The Prom Closet, which is one of the many service programs offered by Central PA Community Action.
The Prom Closet has been an active program for the past 14 years and its purpose is to offer assistance to young women and men within more than a dozen local school districts in their search to find prom attire when funds to purchase such attire may not have been available.
Funds distributed by the Community Outreach Committee are provided by the teachers of Clearfield Area School District.
