Clearfield Students Hear from County Judge, Police Chief During Exploring Program

CLEARFIELD – On Monday students at the Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School heard from Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas Judge Paul E. Cherry along with Lawrence Township Chief of Police Douglas J. Clark.

Ryan P. Sayers, coordinator of the Greater Clearfield Chamber of Commerce Exploring Program, introduced both speakers to the students.

Cherry discussed his career path and answered numerous questions from the students regarding his job.   Clark spoke upon the importance of staying away from drugs and being driven with what you are passionate about.

Both speakers stressed the importance of good grades and staying out of trouble.
