Hoodie Hoo Day – Jane Lee Yare recently visited pre-school students at Children’s Aid Society to share the legend of Hoodie Hoo Day, which is always celebrated on Feb. 20. Yare and the children made noise to scare away winter in hopes that spring would arrive sooner.
