CLEARFIELD – Four Clearfield residents have been arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges after a drug raid Friday in Lawrence Township.
Vincent L. Panebianco, 29, Darrell Taylor, 29, Lukus Pickard, 35, and Mallory Bloom, 26, have been charged by Officer Zachary Cowan of the Lawrence Township police.
The charges stem from a search warrant executed at 1815 Daisy Street Ext., as part of an ongoing drug investigation, according to a news release.
When the four defendants were taken into custody, authorities found two, small children inside the home. The children were removed to safety.
A subsequent search allegedly turned up a large quantity of methamphetamine, mushrooms, marijuana and various items of drug paraphernalia. Several firearms were also found, police say.
Township police were assisted by the Attorney General’s Office, Pennsylvania State Police and Clearfield and Curwensville Borough police departments.
Panebianco has been charged by Cowan with a felony count of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
He’s also been charged with misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and (two counts of) child endangerment.
Taylor, Pickard and Bloom have been charged with a felony count of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
The trio has also been charged with misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Panebianco, Taylor, Pickard and Bloom are incarcerated in lieu of $250,000 bail. They have been scheduled to appear for preliminary hearings Wednesday at the Clearfield County Jail.
