DUBOIS — Freshman Josh Terry (Curwensville) and junior Bernard Rauckhorst (Curwensville) combined for 14 points and six rebounds to help Penn State DuBois snap a seven-game losing streak with an 88-61 non-league win over visiting Westmoreland County Community College Thursday night.
Terry, making his first start, logged eight points with two rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocked shots, while Rauckhorst added six points with four rebounds.
Both subbed in a 79-65 non-league road loss to Grove City Saturday, Rauckhorst scoring four points and Terry netting three points with one rebound, one steal and one block.
Rauckhorst has one start in 12 appearances with 50 points, 37 rebounds, four assists, two steals and four blocks.
Terry, in five games, has 30 points, 15 rebounds, four assists, six steals and five blocks.
The Lions are 4-8 with six of the losses to Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference opponents.

ERIE — Junior Cody Spaid (Clearfield) registered two points and four rebounds for Pitt-Greensburg in an 81-69 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference loss to Penn State Behrend Saturday.
He also had two assists, one steal and one blocked shot.
Spaid has started every game for the Bobcats (4-8, 1-4 AMCC) and leads them in all three rebounding categories (17 offensive, 57 defensive and 74 total) as well as assists (32) and blocks (16).
He has scored 92 points (7.7 ppg) and also has been credited with 11 steals.
