DUBOIS –   The Class of 2019 at DuBois Central Catholic High School will stage the comedy-mystery “Clue on Stage” Nov. 9-10 at 7:30 p.m. each night in the First Commonwealth Center for the Performing Arts.

Cast members ‘in character’ include the following: (front) Lillian Lee, Faith Hannah, and Quinn Kulling; (seated) Abbey Pettenati, Anne Latuska, Haley Pettenati and Ashley Mayes; and (standing) Logan Clancy, Jacob Snyder, Kenny Starr, Nick Hansel, Max Forcey and Garrett Prosper.  Missing from photo are Emily Williams and Mercedes Raab.

Based on the cult classic film and popular board game, Clue on Stage is a madcap comedy that will keep you guessing until the final twist.

You will the iconic oddballs known as Scarlet (Anne Latuska), Plum (Logan Clancy) Green (Max Forcey), Peacock (Haley Pettenati) and Mustard (Garrett Prosper), along with the addition of more oddball characters, such as Wadsworth (Nick Hansel), Yvette (Abbey Pettenati), and Mr. Boddy (Kenny Starr) on their journey.

Other oddball characters adding to the mayhem are the cook (Lillian Lee), the motorist (Faith Hannah), the cop (Jake Snyder), two FBI agents (Emily Williams and Mercedes Raab) and the Singing Telegram Girl (Quinn Kulling), as they all race to find the murderer in Boddy Manor before the body count stacks up.

According to Carol Korthaus, producer and director, Clue on Stage was chosen because this senior class is filled with amazingly creative characters who are great actors.

She adds, “This play features a music score, which emphasizes the action on the stage, and since the school just installed a sound system, which mics all the characters, everyone will be easily heard.”

With the help of Dan Youngdahl’s building the set, Bill Miller’s decorating the Boddy Mansion and Annette Latuska who did the costuming as well as being assistant producer/director, Clue on Stage promises to be an entertaining evening of theater.

Tickets are $6 for adults, $5 for students and seniors and $3 for children.  Tickets are available in the high school office or at the door. Call 814-371-3060 for more information.
