CLEARFIELD – Cindy Fair of Creative Safety recently gave a presentation on the Officer Phil Program to the Clearfield Rotary Club.
Clearfield Borough Police Chief Vincent McGinnis also indicated that the program is currently at St. Francis School and how it works with the students there.
