Clearfield Borough

  • Police arrested a female who was found to have an active warrant when she was located on South Front Street. She was subsequently transported to the magistrate’s office and arranged payments.
  • Police were requested to check the welfare of a male on Thompson Street. Police were later informed that he was located and determined to be OK.
  • Police handled an incident of harassment that was occurring over the phone and social media outlets.
  • Police received a report about an incident of theft from a North Fourth Street resident. During the incident, someone allegedly removed a grill cover from a grill.
  • Police were called to Leavy Avenue after items of drug paraphernalia were located there. Upon arrival on-scene, police retreived the items.
  • Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle on East Market Street. Upon arrival, police found the vehicle belonged to a local business employee.
  • Police assisted a motorist with a traffic complaint along Gulich Avenue.
  • Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle parked along Park Avenue. Police checked on the driver and learned that he was on the phone.
  • Police responded to assist emergency personnel with an overdose along Bigler Avenue. The male was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Lawrence Township

  • While on routine patrol Wednesday, police observed two people reportedly trespassing at the Lawrence Township Rec Park. When contact was made, officers determined the male, identified as Vincent Stevenson, 25 of Philadelphia, had an active warrant for his arrest in an aggravated assault case in the state of Delaware. Stevenson was taken into custody and lodged in county jail.
