CLEARFIELD – A Philipsburg man accused of selling methamphetamine, cocaine and bath salts pleaded guilty Tuesday.

Mark Lynn Rinehart, 39, pleaded guilty to felony criminal conspiracy, felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-methamphetamine (100 grams to 1,000 grams), felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-cocaine (50 grams to 100 grams), felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-bath salts (50 grams to 100 grams) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Paul Cherry sentenced him to 7.5 years to 15 years in state prison.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on April 27 state police executed a search warrant on his Chester Hill home where they found 12 containers of methamphetamine, 13 containers of cocaine, five containers of bath salts, two suboxone strips and 12 unknown pills.

They also found multiple items of drug paraphernalia including smoking devices, hoses and scales and drug packaging items such as baggies and rubber bands.

The case against Lyndsie Lea Holderman, 27, of Bellefonte, who is facing similar charges for her involvement with Rinehart, is scheduled for criminal call on Aug. 30.
