CLEARFIELD – An Eagle Scout project is nearing completion and will soon benefit the local community.
A scout, Dayton Kelly, partnered with the Clearfield Rotary Club to build a pavilion at the playground at the Clearfield Driving Park.

The club is helping with a Rotary Community Foundation Grant and matching contribution and labor assistance.
